DNS and Edge Services
Global DNS: Authoritative DNS with proxy capability. Email routing via MX records. SPF, DKIM, DMARC for email authentication.
CDN Layer: Integrated with Server-Side Caching. Requires DNS-only (not proxied) configuration for optimal performance with certain CDN providers.
Edge Network: Automatic certificate provisioning. Full SSL mode. HTTP/3 support where available.
Email Configuration
Transactional email requires authenticated SMTP via server hostname (not domain) to avoid Edge Network proxy blocking mail ports. A dedicated SMTP plugin provides Application Layer integration with network activation support for multisite configurations.
